Getting started with TripControl is simple. Follow the steps below to set up your trip and get your group onboard quickly. The platform works directly in your browser on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

For Teachers

1. Access the platform

Open TripControl using the link provided for the pilot and sign in.

2. Create your trip

Set up a new trip by adding basic details such as destination, dates, and group.

After logging in, go to Settings → Pilot Access to activate your 6 months of full Pro features.

3. Build your trip content

Add everything your students need in one place:

  • schedule and activities
  • locations and meeting points
  • instructions and tasks

4. Review and prepare

Check that all information is clear, complete, and in the correct language.

5. Invite students

Share the invite code with your students so they can join the trip.

6. Test before departure

Ask students to join in advance to ensure everything works smoothly.

7. Use during the trip

Keep all trip information centralized and update details if needed.

8. Share feedback

Your input is valuable—report any issues, unclear content, or improvement ideas.


For Students

1. Open TripControl

Use the link provided by your teacher on any device.

2. Join the trip

Enter the invite code to access your trip.

3. Confirm your trip

Check that the trip details match your group.

4. Explore the content

Familiarize yourself with:
