Major Update: Unified System & Important Login Changes

WWe’ve just rolled out one of the biggest structural updates to TripControl so far — a full alignment between the web admin platform and the mobile app.

What’s new?

TripControl now runs on a unified backend system, meaning:

The web admin and mobile app are fully connected
All data (trips, users, schedules, tasks, etc.) now flows through the same system
Improved reliability, performance, and long-term scalability

This change lays the foundation for upcoming features and ensures a more stable experience across all devices.

Important: Login Changes

Due to this migration, older user accounts are no longer compatible with the new system.

What this means for you:

Previous login credentials will not work anymore
You will need to create a new account
Any old test data or trips will not be available

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but this step was necessary to ensure a clean and secure transition to the new system.

Current Pricing Status

At the moment, TripControl is completely free to use.

All features are available without any cost
No subscriptions are active right now
No payments are required to create or manage trips

What’s coming later:

Subscription plans
School-wide licenses
Expanded premium features

These will be introduced later as development continues, once the core system is fully stabilized and tested.

Set up your trips again (fresh start with improved system)
