The goal of the pilot program is to gather practical feedback from real school trips and improve the platform based on actual teacher and student experiences.


What is TripControl?

TripControl consists of two connected platforms:

Teacher Web Platform

The website is used for:

  • trip planning
  • schedules
  • announcements
  • student management
  • tasks and activities
  • communication setup
  • emergency information

This is where teachers and organizers manage the trip.


Mobile App

TripControlMobile is used during the trip itself.

Students use the app to:

  • join trips with a code
  • view schedules and updates
  • complete tasks
  • access maps and trip information
  • receive announcements

Teachers can also use the app during the trip to:

  • follow updates
  • communicate with students
  • manage information in real time

How to Join the Pilot Program

Step 1 — Request Pilot Access

Send an email to:

edu.leaf@outlook.com

Include:

  • your name
  • school or organization
  • estimated group size
  • planned trip type (optional)

You will receive a pilot code.


Step 2 — Create an Account

Go to:

TripControl Website

Create a teacher/admin account and log in.


Step 3 — Activate Premium+ Access

After logging in:

  1. Open the upper navigation menu
  2. Select Plans
  3. Scroll forward if needed
  4. Enter your pilot code
  5. Activate your free 6-month Premium+ access

The upgrade is activated immediately.


Step 4 — Fill in the Pilot User Form

All pilot users are asked to complete the pilot registration form:

This helps improve the platform and supports future development.


What to Test During the Pilot

Pilot users are encouraged to test real workflows and provide honest feedback.

Examples:

  • Creating and managing trips
  • Student joining process
  • Schedules and announcements
  • Tasks and activities

  • Ease of use during actual trips
  • Mobile experience for students
  • Teacher workflow and organization

Feedback about bugs, missing features, usability, or ideas for improvement is especially valuable.
